February 3, 1935 ~ February 20, 2017 (age 82) 82 Years OldMrs. Barbara Ann Evans, 82, of Whitsett, passed away February 20, 2017, at Moses Cone Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Thursday at Willomore Baptist Church. The burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park.
Mrs. Evans was born on February 3, 1935, in Stokes County, to the late John and Emma Lewis. She was a faithful, longtime member of Willomore Baptist Church and was retired from Kayser-Roth.
She was preceded in death by her son, Terry Duggins.
Mrs. Evans is survived by her husband, Carl Evans; sons, Allen Duggins and Tim Duggins; step children, Tony, Mark, Chris, and Dennis Evans, Susan Shelton and Jeannie Moore; brothers, William Lewis and Charles Lewis; sister, Lou Ella Williams; twenty grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 4-6:00pm Wednesday at Willomore Baptist Church.
