Betty Allison Isley

Betty Allison Isley, 82, of Greensboro died Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Hospice of Greensboro’s Beacon Place.

Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Monday at Guilford Memorial Park.

Betty was of the Baptist faith. She was employed with Burlington Industries for more than forty years until her retirement. She was a longtime voting poll volunteer in Guilford County and helped with several cancer drives. She was also an avid reader.

Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Julian Isley; son, Michael D. Isley; and brother, Raymond Allison.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan Isley and partner, Donna both of Asheville; granddaughter, Elizabeth Isley and significant other, Joshua ; and great grandchildren, Jayden and Kameryn all of Greensboro.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Saturday evening at George Brothers Funeral Service.
