Brenda (Cooper) Dillard

Brenda Cooper Dillard, 66, of Climax died Saturday, November 4, 2017 at University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill.

Funeral will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at George Brothers Funeral Service with burial to follow at Midway Cemetery in Randleman, NC.

Brenda was a loving mother, sister, beloved friend and MawMaw.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Garland Dillard; parents, Paul and Edna Cooper; and cherished grandmother, Hettie R. Crutchfield.

Brenda is survived by her daughter, Patsy Brown (Timmie); sons, Gary Dillard (Jenny) and Dean Dillard; brother, Virgil Cooper (Ann); grandchildren, Joshua Brown, Timothy Wade Brown (Brooke), Tabitha Brown (John), and Gage Dillard; great grandchild, McKenzie Brown; niece and nephew, Wendy C. Sykes (Randy) and Phillip Cooper (Tracie); great niece and nephew, Brook’lyn and Mathew Cooper; longtime childhood friend of sixty years, Sue Wilson; all her family and friends at Twin Harbor; and her k-9 companion, Dinkey.

The family will receive friends from 7-9 PM Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at the funeral home.
