Charles Glenn Allen

Mr. Charles Glenn Allen, 63, passed away November 24, 2015.

A funeral service will be held 12:00noon on Sunday at George Brothers Funeral Service. The burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park.

Glenn was born December 22, 1951, in Guilford County. At an early age, he became a member of Sumner Baptist Church. He was owner/operator of CGA Construction and was on the board of his Homeowners Association. Glenn was also a veteran of the United States Marines.

 He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Rufus Allen, Jr.

Glenn is survived by his mother, Ethel Allen of Greensboro; his siblings, Sue Kilgore (John) of Greensboro, Don Allen (Charity) of Randleman and Jerry Allen (Amy) of Whitsett; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Kilgore, Jeremy Kilgore, Melody Thomas, Brandon Allen, Eric Allen, Lindsay Anastas-King and Logan Allen.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
