Charlie Anast

Charlie Anast, 91, of Greensboro, died Friday, February 2, 2018 at Guilford Health Care Center in Greensboro.

Funeral will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at George Brothers Funeral Service with burial to follow at Guilford Memorial Park.

Charlie was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He was a big fan of John Wayne movies.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Anast.

Charlie is survived by his children, Loretta Anast, Patricia Bauer, Vicky Burnie (Bill), and Jerry Anast (Susie); sister, Marie Eldridge; and grandson, Ronald Charles Adams, as well as five other grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 10-11 am Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
