Glenn "Butch" Jones
March 14, 1944 ~ April 29, 2017 (age 73) 73 Years OldMr. Glenn “Butch” Jones passed away Saturday April 29, 2017 at Wesley Long Hospital.
A graveside service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at Lakeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:30 pm Wednesday at George Brothers Funeral Service.
Mr. Jones was a simple man, who loved his family. He loved driving his tractor and trailer for many years, and would still be driving if his health permitted him too.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Amanda Lynn Jones.
Butch is survived by his wife of 50 years Lois Jones of Greensboro; son Thomas “Marty” Jones and wife Karen of Randleman; sisters Darlene “Dink” Carter and Peggy Solomon; brothers Larry Jones and Ralph “Chip” Jones. He was adored and loved by his granddaughter Hope Jones. He liked (LOVED) her too.
