Linda Mae (Proctor) Chandler

Mrs. Linda Mae Proctor Chandler passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018. My wife, the love of my life, my best friend woke up with her Savior Jesus Christ and Bridgette. She was a precious mother, grandmother and GiGi.

She was saved at the age of 18 and lived her life for God. She loved her church and church family but she loved her family and brothers and sisters most of all on this earth.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Bridgette, her niece, Darlene, and her parents, Avery and Maxine Proctor.

She leaves behind her husband Paul Chandler of 45 years; daughter, Julie Chandler; 2 wonderful grandkids, Bri-Anna and Hunter Harrelson; brothers, Harold, Larry and Roger Proctor and sister, Nancy Glidewell.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Lake Brandt Baptist Church with Pastor Randy Pearman officiating. She will be laid to rest in Forest Lawn Cemetery beside her daughter, Bridgette Camille Chandler. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Stop Sarcoidosis, 1820 W. Webster Ave., Chicago, IL 60614 or to Lake Brandt Baptist Church Building Fund, 1901 Trosper Road, Greensboro, NC 27455.
