Linda Faye James Hickman
March 27, 1944 ~ September 10, 2016 (age 72) 72 Years OldLinda Faye James Hickman, 73, of Pleasant Garden died Saturday, September 10, 2016 at her home.
Funeral will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at George Brothers Funeral Service with burial to follow at Lakeview Memorial Park.
Linda was born in Columbia, TN where she attended Whitthorne High School. She went on to work at Kendall Center of Guilford County in Greensboro for twenty-five years. Linda never met a stranger. Once she met you, she considered you to be a part of her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, George Washington Ulyesses James and Dillie May James; along with siblings, Herman James, Chester James, J W James, and Margie Demastus.
She is survived by her husband, Elliotte Estes Hickman, III; children, Darlene Forrest, Dorreen Ayers
Jimmy Sneed, Tommy Sneed, Phillip Sneed, and Gidget Saunders; twenty-one grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and brother, George James.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday evening at the funeral home.
