October 4, 1948 ~ January 27, 2016 (age 67) 67 Years OldMr. Ronnie D. Handy, age 67, went home to be the Lord on Wednesday January 27, 2016.
A memorial service will be 11:00 am Saturday at Lankford Memorial Baptist Church.
Mr. Handy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He was a member of Lankford Memorial Baptist church, where he served as an usher, and retired from the Department of Transportation.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years Carol Handy of Gibsonville; daughters Deana Moore of Burlington and Sharon Handy of Reidsville; sister Pat Collins of Liberty; brother Rex Handy of Level Cross. He was adored by his grandchildren Rebecca, Christopher, Brandon, Josh, Granville, and Jordon, and great-granddaughter Khloe.
The family will receive friends following the service.
