Mr. William "Bill" Coleman

Mr. William “Bill” Coleman, 65, passed away Wednesday April 1, 2015.

A funeral service will be 2:00pm Tuesday at Brown Summit Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park.

Bill was a native of Buchanan County, VA., where he worked for 14 years as a coalminer.  He was a outstanding man, who had a love for fishing, and was an avid NASCAR fan.  He was a faithful member of Brown Summit Baptist Church.

Bill is survived by his wife Jan Coleman of Greensboro; children Beth Barnhart (Steve) of Boones Mill, VA, Regina Fidler (Steve) of New Castle, VA., and Jeremiah Walker (Angela) of Randolph County; sister Robin Horn, and brother Bobby Coleman (Bonnie) all of Buchanan County, VA.; aunt Ruth Briggs of Colorado; grandchildren Jeremiah Julian Walker, Taylor Walker, Daniel Barnhart (Brittany), and Elizabeth Barnhart.

The family will receive friends 6:00pm -8:00 pm Monday at Brown Summit Baptist Church.
