Murray "Bruiser" Franklin Jones

Mr. Murray “Bruiser” Franklin Jones, 46, passed away April, 26, 2016, at High Point Regional Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, at New Testament Baptist Church, where Bruiser grew up under the preaching of the late Pastor Dallas George. Pastor Brett Seawell will officiate the service. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Bruiser was saved at an early age and attended Fayettville Street Christian School and Level Cross Christian School. He was employed at J.J. & Sons Pressure Washing all of his life, a company owned by his father. He loved life, his dogs, and helping others. He loved his family and spending time with them and was a very loving father, grandfather, son and brother. He will be greatly missed by everyone.

He was preceded in death by his son, Bruce Lee Jones. 

Bruiser is survived by his parents, Johnny and Pauline Jones; wife, Shannon Jones; sons, Luke Jones and Tyler Jones; daughters, Murissa  Jones and Billey Eymer; grandchildren, Johnathen Jones and Skylar Jones; brothers, Robbie Jones and Travis Jones; and sisters, Theresa Smith, Edreen Peak and Wendy Seawell.
