Raymond Lee Lancaster

Raymond Lee Lancaster 88, beloved husband of Martha, was ushered into his Heavenly reward while holding her hand on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Hospice of Greensboro’s Beacon Place.

Funeral will be 2:00 PM Monday, February 26, 2018 at Aycock Fellowship Ministries with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, with military honors provided by Randolph County Honor Guard.

Raymond was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force serving in Japan. He went on to serve with the North Carolina National Guard. Raymond was a surveyor by trade and retired from the City of Greensboro. He was in fellowship at Aycock Fellowship Ministries.

He is survived by Martha Lancaster, his wife of sixty-eight years; daughter, Becky Voss (Wayne); son, “D” Lancaster (Sue); son, David Lancaster (Gayle); grandchildren, Jason Voss, Katie Lancaster, and Molly Lancaster; great-grandson. Jaxon Voss; and nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm Monday at the church prior to the service.
