Susan Gillie, 49, of Greensboro, passed away December 2, 2017, at Beacon Place.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Christ Way Church with Pastor Doug Huff officiating. The burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park.
Susan was born December 5, 1967, in Guilford County, to the late Dowell and Sarah Gillie. She worked for many years at Hayble’s Hearth Restaurant and Bonnie Kay’s Seafood. She attended Christ Way Church.
Susan is survived by her brothers Jerry Gillie, David Gillie (Debbie) and her twin brother, Stephen Gillie.
We would also like to recognize and thank Yvonne McGee, Angela Morris, and Mark Vuncannon who were special friends and caregivers during her fight against cancer.
The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
