Tripp Justin Fields

Tripp Justin Fields, born June 30, 1993, departed this present life in the early morning of September 9, 2016, following a tragic car accident.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 17, in the main sanctuary of Living Way Church, located at 4433 Rehobeth Church Road in Greensboro.

We grieve his loss, but take great comfort in knowing that Tripp is now with his Lord in heaven, for he dearly loved Jesus Christ. His passion for language, literature, and creating poetry allows us to treasure the beautiful poems he left behind. He valued his connection with his Living Way Church community and enjoyed spending time with friends and family at Philpott Lake in Virginia.  Tripp was an avid lover of tae kwon do and enjoyed teaching it to youngsters. He graduated class of 2011 from Southeast Guilford High School and attended UNCG.  He served on the church's Audiovisual Ministry, assisted with Vacation Bible School, and added meaningful discussions to the young adult Bible study.

Left to cherish Tripp's memory are his parents Chris and Kathy Fields; brother, Trent; his granny, Betty Wade Fields; grandparents Roddy and Barbara Fields; David and Cecile Olson and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Prior to the service, the family will receive friends from 1 to 1:45 p.m. Saturday, September 17, 2016 in the Living Way Chapel.
