William "Will" John Carr, Jr.

Mr. William “Will” John Carr, Jr., 39, of Julian, passed away July 18, 2016, at Moses Cone Hospital.

A memorial service will be held 2:00pm Saturday, July 23, 2016, at Faith Wesleyan Church. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.

Will was born March 14, 1977, in East Point, Georgia. He attended many local churches and was a member of the Teamsters Union. He was formerly employed with UPS for 19 years and was currently employed with Special Events Transportation (SET) in Winston-Salem. Will loved life and everyone he came into contact with and will be missed by all those that knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Makayla Leigh Woods-Carr.

Will is survived by his parents, Bill and Donna Carr; his sister, Kelly Jones; fiancée, Amanda Routh and nephews, Landon Jones and Jordan Jones.
