Mr. Hubert “Hugh” Moore, 86, of Greensboro died Friday, July 27, 2012 at his residence.
Funeral will be 2:00 PM Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Springfield Baptist Church, with burial to follow at Alamance Presbyterian Church.
Hugh served his country with the United States Army and was a member of Springfield Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his late wife, Hazel Pugh Moore and two daughters, Sherry and Judy Moore.
He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Hunt Moore; children, Rick H. Moore and wife, Lynn, Nancy Webster and husband, Elmer, Jerry D. Moore and wife Gail, Tammy Faye Gray and husband Roger; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:30-2:45 at the church fellowship hall.
