Mr. John Henry Stilley, 94, of Greensboro, passed away August 6, 2012, at Thomasville Medical Center.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Guilford Memorial Park with Dr. Adam Ward officiating.
Mr. Stilley was born April 27, 1918, in Alamance County, to the late John William and Julia Rominger Stilley. He was a member of Glenwood Friends Meeting and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his daughter, Rachel Tolson (Michael) of Thomasville: his son, Ricky Stilley (Brenda) of Carrollton, GA; his three grandchildren, Dr. Adam Ward of Charlotte, Bryan Tolson of Thomasville and Matthew Stilley of Carrollton, GA and four great grandchildren, Simone, Christian and Perry Tolson and Ben Ward.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at George Brothers Funeral Service.
