Pamela Thompson Obituary

Mrs. Pamela Caudle Thompson, age 63, passed away at her residence on Friday, March 29, 2024.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, April 1, 2024 at Burnett’s Chapel Church with Rev. Ed Armfield and Rev. Allen Hale officiating the service.  The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 pm on Sunday, March 31, 2024 at George Brothers Funeral Service.

Pam was born, in Biloxi, Mississippi, to her late father Raymond Caudle and her mother Eugena Gentry Caudle, who passed away when Pam was a young girl.  She was a graduate of Alamance Community College with an associate degree and retired from Guilford County, after 30 years of service.  She was a longtime member of Burnett’s Chapel Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother James Alan Caudle.

Pam is survived by her loving husband Gene Thompson of Greensboro; son Taylor Thompson and wife Lindsay of Greensboro; stepmother Nell Caudle of McLeansville. Also surviving are her two grandchildren Hunter and Hayleigh Thompson.
