Archie Barnett

Mr. Archie Barnett, 86, passed away October 8, 2018, at Moses Cone Hospital.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Wednesday at George Brothers Funeral Service. The burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park.

Mr. Barnett was born November 21, 1931, in Madison County, NC. He was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church. He was also retired from R.W. McCollum Company and Guilford County Schools as a bus driver. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sara Franklin Barnett.

Mr. Barnett is survived by his children, Donnie Barnett, Ray Barnett (Anita) and Eva Barnett; sister, Christine Franklin; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
