Betty Lou (Angel) Canham

Mrs. Betty Lou Canham, 87, gained her angel wings on Friday September 14,2018 at 7:45 am at High Point Regional Hospital.

A funeral service will be 2:00pm Friday at Living By Faith Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in High Point. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm-2:00pm at the church.

She was born in Guilford county to the late Pinkney and Estelle Collins Angel. She was a member of Living By Faith Baptist Church.  She was employed with a hosiery company for 34 years, and later was in childcare for many years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Bill Canham, two siblings, and grandson Bryan Canham.

Betty is survived by her daughter Pam Whitaker of Trinity; son David Canham (Connie) of Pensacola, Fl., son Wayne Canham (Jane) of Sophia; brother Rev. David Angel (Fonda) of High Point.  Also surviving are five grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
