Elmer Clay Anderson of Keystone Heights, FL passed away on January 19, 2020.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 25 at noon followed by a funeral service at 1pm at George Brothers Funeral Service in Greensboro, NC. His long time home church while living in Greensboro was Shannon Hills Bible Chapel. Pastor Mark Shelley from the chapel will officiate. Burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park.
Mr Anderson was born to the late William Carey Anderson and Joyce Smith Anderson. He had many jobs in his career; making dentures, painting houses, maintenance at Pilot Life. The career that he enjoyed the most was the many years spent serving at Mountain Top Youth Camp in Pinnacle, NC before retiring to Park of the Palms in Florida.
Mr Anderson is survived by his daughters; Ann Ginther (Chuck), and Sally Jones (Reed), five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; and his twin sister, Thelma Greeson. He was predeceased by his wife, Alice Anderson and sister, Katherine Gladstone.
