Jason Richard East

Mr. Jason Richard East, 44, of Greensboro, passed away August 16, 2017.

A memorial service will be held 2:00pm Sunday at New Testament Baptist Church with Pastor Brett Seawell officiating.

Jason was born January 18, 1973, in Guilford County. He loved music, especially playing the guitar and singing. He was a member of New Testament Baptist Church where his parents and grandparents were also members. Jason was a loving person to everyone and especially everyone in his church. We love you Jason and will see you soon.

Jason was preceded in death by his father, Charles “Chuck” East.

Jason is survived by his mother, Kay Hendricks East Murray; step father, Kirby Murray; his sisters, Leslie East Williams and Rachel East West; step sister, Amber Patterson; step brother, Chris Murray; nieces, Korie Abernathy and Jordan West; nephews, Vincent Williams and Mason West and his uncle, Dick East.

The family will receive friends following the memorial service in the Family Life Center of New Testament Baptist Church.
