Leroy "Buddy" Alden Morris, Jr.

Leroy Alden “Buddy” Morris, Jr. of Greensboro, NC and member of Christ Way Church passed away on Monday, January 20, 2020.

Buddy was born on November 21, 1944 in Shenandoah, VA to Leroy Alden Morris, Sr. and Hazel Breeden Morris, both of whom preceded him in death. He is also preceded in death by an infant son, Jeffrey Scott Morris.

He is survived by his loving wife Catherine of 54 years. He is also survived by his sons, Phillip (Cindy) Morris of Greensboro, NC, and Michael (Paige) Morris of Kernersville, NC. He leaves behind four grandchildren, whom he loved with all his heart, Hayden, Shelby, Zachary, and William. He is survived by his siblings, Glenda Love of Asheville, NC, Barry Morris of Kannapolis, NC, and Elaine (Joey) Harrington of Longs, SC.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, January 26, 2020 at George Brothers Funeral Service.  Burial will follow at Westminster Gardens.  The family will receive from 1:00-2:00 pm at the funeral home.
