Margaret "Peggy" Mary (O'Connor) Gordon

Mrs. Margaret “Peggy” O. Gordon, 94, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Blumenthal Nursing and Rehab Center.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Pastor Brett Seawell officiating.

Mrs. Gordon was a member of St. Francis Episcopal Church as well as St. Elizabeth and St. Clare’s Circle Sears retiree club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elzie T. Gordon.

“Peggy” is survived by her daughter, Linda Keaton (Ted), of Greensboro; daughter, Fran Hobbs (Keith), of Greensboro; daughter, Bobbie Gray (Jerry), of Locust Grove, GA; daughter, Cathy Shanks (George), of Greensboro; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; she was the youngest of five siblings; as well as numerous other family and friends.
