Mrs. Linda Faye (Horton) Caudle

Mrs. Linda Horton Caudle, age 69, went home to be with the Lord  on Wednesday July 4, 2018 surrounded by her  family  at Beacon Place in Greensboro.

A funeral service will be 1:00 pm Sunday at George Brothers Funeral Service with Rev. Jeff Stone officiating.  Burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 11:30-1:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Caudle was born in Harnett county to the late Lyman and Berta Horton. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Greensboro, and was self-employed as a hairdresser while working at Friends Home Guiford.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Joyce Stewart; brothers Elwood Horton, and Sherril Horton.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years Tony Caudle of Greensboro; sons Brian Caudle and wife Dawn of New Bern, NC, and Phil Caudle and wife Amanda of Trinity, NC; twin sister Brenda Spell; sisters Doris Smith of Fuquay Varina, NC, and Betty Lou Holder of Spring Lake, NC; brother Bill Horton of Tennessee.  Also surviving are nine grandchildren Timmy, Destiny, Brianna, Tanner, Alexis, Jordan, Aspen, Lauren, and Cameron; one great-grandchild Kylen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice & Palliative Care of Greensboro 2500 Summit Ave. Greensboro, North Carolina 27405.
