Sallie Mae (Prevette) Clifton

Sallie Mae Prevette Clifton, 92, of Greensboro, passed away November 30, 2017, at Heartland Living and Rehabilitation.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Westminster Gardens.

Sallie was born January 24, 1925, in Wilkes County to the late Noah and Idoma Prevette. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was retired from J.P. Stevens. Sallie was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Clifton and her grandson, Cliff Bailey.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Bailey (Clyde); her granddaughter, Kristin Burns and her great grandchild, Luke Pardue.
