Sarah Montgomery Bond

Mrs. Sarah Montgomery Bond, 66, passed away, Sunday morning, September 30, 2018 at Beacon Place.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday, October 4, 2018 at George Brothers Funeral Service with Rev. Larry Hoyle officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.

Sarah was born September 10, 1952 in Rockingham County to the late Walter and Janet Baughn Montgomery. She enjoyed reading and home decorating.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, David Montgomery.

Survivors include her husband, Charles L. Bond, Jr. of the home; a son, Brent Lawson and wife Peggy of Lawsonville; and a granddaughter, Hannah Lawson.
