Venetia "Vee" Gentry-LeGrand

Venetia “Vee” Gentry-LeGrand, 65, of Greensboro, passed away March 5, 2018.

A memorial service will be held 12 noon on Saturday at George Brothers Funeral Service.

Vee was born May 13, 1952, in Richmond, Kentucky, to Eugene (deceased) and Eliza Gentry. While residing in Kentucky, she was a nurse at St. Joseph East Hospital and locally was retired from Women’s Hospital as an O.R. nurse. She attended Love and Faith Christian Fellowship.

Vee was preceded in death by her unborn granddaughter, Xyanna Venetia Story.

She is survived by her daughter, Lindsay Story (Ricardo); son, Jonathan Jones (Danielle); sisters, Loretta, Shirley, Penny and Mary; brothers, Gary, Charles, James, and Duke and her grandchildren, Keimoi and Leon.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
