Barbara Johnson Priddy, age 82, passed away Sunday February 19, 2023, at her residence in Pleasant Garden.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am Monday at George Brothers Funeral Service.  Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00am Monday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Priddy was born in Guilford County to the late George and Myrtle Parks Johnson.  She was a graduate from Bessemer High School and retired from Wesley Long Hospital with fourteen years of service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters Teena Reece and Cynthia "Cindy" Priddy Ellis; sister Becky Johnson Hendrick.

Barbara is survived by her husband of sixty-three years Albert Priddy; son-in-law Darrell Reece; grandchildren Jennifer Smith, Jessi Yakout, and Allyson Pierce.  Also surviving are seven great-grandchildren.
