Catherine Dalton, 96, of Jamestown passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on  Friday, March 1, 2024 at the Hospice Home at High Point.

A graveside service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday at Guilford Memorial Park cemetery with Pastor Timothy Duncan officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:30 until 11 at graveside.

Catherine attended Westover Church for many years. She was known for her great cooking, her sense of humor, and beach trips to Oak Island with family. Most importantly, Catherine was known for the love she had for grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Catherine is survived by her daughter, Glenda Brookbank of Jamestown; brother, Howard Dalton also of Jamestown; grandson, David Brookbank, Jr. and wife, Amanda of High Point; and great grandchildren, Madalyn Grace Brookbank and Leeza Grae Brookbank, both of High Point.
