Mr. Herbert Dannie Bingman, Sr., 79, of Liberty, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus on Monday, November 7, 2022, surrounded by his loving family at his home.

Mr. Bingman was born in Forsyth County to the late Herbert Elmer and Ellie Louise Bingman.

Herbert was a jack of all trades and mastered them all. He enjoyed woodworking, blacksmithing, playing his mandolin, fishing, and serving his Heavenly Father. Mr. Bingman served his country in the United States Air Force rising to the rank of Sergeant, serving two tours in Vietnam. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by the love of his life and wife of 53 years, Vera Bingman; his children, Spring Renee Bingman (Randy), Herbert Dannie Bingman, Jr. (Misty), and Jonathan Connell Bingman (Angela); his grandchildren, Caleb, Bailey, DannieMae, Alyas, Noah, Kaylee, Wyatt, Sawyer, and Julian; his brother Donald Gray Bingman (Nancy). Also surviving are a host of family and friends who loved him dearly.

A Celebration of Life Service to honor Dannie Bingman will be on Saturday, November 26, 2022. Visit with the Bingman family from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM at the Bingman home, 5754 Hollow Hill Road, Liberty, NC.
