Leo Giovanni Horner, age 4 months, passed away on July 22, 2023, in Kernersville, NC. Leo was born on March 8, 2023 in Durham, NC to his loving parents Denys Espinoza and Austin Horner. He was a strong and affectionate little boy who touched the hearts of everyone who knew him.

Despite facing numerous challenges from the day he was born, Leo proved to be a true miracle baby. He defied all odds by taking his first breath on his own and accomplishing the milestone of feeding by mouth. His resilience and strength inspired all those around him. Leo's captivating eye crosses would draw anyone to their knees, and he would show his love by grabbing your hair or touching the warmth of your face as you kissed him.

Leo had a special love for watching aquatic animals accompanied by soothing music. He enjoyed being carried outside to bask in the sun and listen to the sounds of nature. Being the center of attention and having his mommy and daddy on their toes brought him immense joy.

Leo will be deeply missed by his adoring family, including his parents Denys Espinoza and Austin Horner, his brother Noah Horner, his grandparents Alma Echeverria, Miguel Castro, Christina Horner, and Jeremy Horner.

A memorial service will be held to celebrate Leo's life on August 5, 2023, from 2pm to 4 pm at George Brothers Funeral Service, located at 803 Greenhaven Drive in Greensboro.

Leo Giovanni Horner brought pure joy into the lives of those who knew him. His memory will forever live in the hearts of his loved ones.
