Lori Jones, age 46, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024, in Randolph County, surrounded by her loving family.

A memorial gathering will be held from 2:00pm-4:00pm Sunday, March 3, 2024, at George Brothers Funeral Service.

Lori was born, in Guilford County, to Jesse "Wayne" Jones, Sr. and the late Rebecca "Becky" Mensch Jones.  She was a graduate of Southeast Senior High School and was employed with North Carolina Care Services, in Greensboro, as a personal healthcare provider.  She was a member of New Testament Baptist Church, under the ministry of the late Rev. Dallas George, and recently attending Community Baptist Church.

Growing up, Lori was an avid lover of animals.  She received great love and comfort through her dog "Sienna".

In addition to her father Wayne (Tonya Mahala), Lori is survived by her sister Sonya Jones; brothers Jesse Jones (Amy) and Frankie Jones; niece Vivian Jones; nephews Hunter Jones, Perry Jones (Carly), Patrick Jones and his mother Janet Jones.
