Patricia Ann Jessup, 85, of Greensboro passed away Sunday, November 8, 2026 at Camden Health and Rehabilitation.

Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Friday, November 13, 2026 at Community Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pat was born in Guilford County to the late Herbert and Opal Johnson. Pat retired from the Guilford County School System following thirty years of service. She first worked at Sedgefield Elementary School and later at the school system facility on Franklin Street. Pat loved to travel. She visited Texas multiple times, enjoyed cruises, and even helped build a church in Jamaica on a mission trip sponsored by Concord Friends Meeting. She also enjoyed line dancing. Pat loved her family and her circle of friends. Formerly, she was a member of Concord Friends Meeting and she had attended Community Baptist Church. Pat stayed very active until these past years when her health began to fail her.

She is survived by her son, Dennis Jessup (Beth); grandson, Cody Jessup; brother, Herbert C. Johnson, Sr.; and niece, Norma Jean Johnson,
