Russell "Todd" McMillian was born December 17, 1968 in Greensboro, NC to the late Barbara Jean Hayes and Russell McMillian.

Russell faced many challenges and a recent sickness.  The Lord brought him home on Saturday January 6, 2024.

He attended Ben L. Smith High School in Greensboro, NC.  Russell, "Todd" as he was known to his family and many others, had a kind soul and a great sense of humor.  Todd was also a gifted guitar player and played in the band, Forever Down, for many years with his friends.   He was extremely passionate about music.  However, the most important thing to him was his family and those he loved.   He would do anything for them.  Todd was well loved and will be greatly missed by many people including his family, friends, and fiancée.  He will also be missed by his beloved dog, Scooter.  His infectious laugh will be remembered fondly by his family.

He is survived by his sister, Tammy Harris of Jamestown, NC; niece Kendra Harris of Charlotte, NC; cousin Anthony McMillian of Yanceyville, NC; fiancée Barbara Ritch of Randleman, NC, and many friends.

A memorial service will be planned for a later date and will be shared by family.
