Mr. Thomas Darrell Wills, age 68, went home to his Heavenly Father on Monday January 8, 2024, at his residence.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am Saturday, January 13, 2024, at George Brothers Funeral Service with Rev. Boyd Byerly and Rev. Joseph Coyne officiating the service.  A burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park Mausoleum.  The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 am at George Brothers Funeral Service.

Mr. Wills, a loving and compassionate husband, father, and grandfather was born, in Craven County, NC, to his father Arthur Wills (deceased) and mother Geneva Wills of Greensboro.  He faithfully attended Sunset Avenue Church of God, in Asheboro, NC and was employed with Gilbarco Manufacturing Company with forty-seven years of service.  Outside of church and retirement, he loved spending time with his family and working outside in his yard.

Thomas is survived by his loving wife, of forty-five years, Glenda Wills of Kernersville; daughters Sherry Wills of Kernersville and Melissa Brown (Brian) of High Point; brothers JD Porterfield (Gloria), Roger Wills (Judi), and Rick Wills (Barbara). He was adored by his grandson Nathaniel Brown, and his grand-dog Niko.
