Mr. Wayne Thomas Bragg, 70, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at his home in Greensboro, NC.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 11:00 am at George Brothers Funeral Service with Reverend Andrew Smith officiating.  Burial will follow at 2:30 pm at Salisbury National Cemetery.

Wayne loved to hunt, fish, watch sports, study history, collect knives, and enjoyed old cars.  He was a very accomplished cook who loved to use his grill and was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army for 20 years and could always be seen wearing a military hat or t-shirt to show his pride.

He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Earnestine Bragg; mother, Lois Bragg; uncle, James Bragg: children, Aretha McDonald and Oscar Smith; grandchildren, Ericka, Sedrick, and Justin; as well as a host of family members and friends whom he loved.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 from 10:00-11:00 am at the funeral home prior to the service.
