Amy Leigh (Causey) Martin

Mrs. Amy Leigh Causey Martin, affectionately known as “Momma Cat” by many, 62, passed away Friday afternoon, September 6, 2024 at GrayBrier Nursing and Rehab with her family by her side. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 11:00 am at Floral Gardens Cemetery with Pastor Joey Baynes officiating. Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her parents, John and Opal Causey; and sister, Glenda Meindl. Amy was a loving mother who dedicated her life to the care and well-being of her children and family. She loved to cook and could cook like no one else. She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Johnny Martin; children Bryson Garland (Alesha), Austin Garland, Kaleigh Martin, Olivia Martin, Erica Spencer (Corey), and Johnny Martin; grandchildren, Abby, Hayden, Nova, Nora, Ellie, and soon to be born, Della; niece, Emily; nephews, Ryan, Wes, and Bob; brothers, Johnny Causey (Gloria) and Mike Causey (Cindy); as well as numerous friends and family whom she loved. The family will be available following the graveside service to meet with friends and family.
