Arnold Lee Comer, 64, of Greensboro, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at his home on May 19, 2025.

A lifelong resident of Greensboro, Arnold was a proud graduate of Dudley High School and a dedicated employee of City Electric Supply, where he worked for the past fourteen years. He was a faithful member of South Elm Street Baptist Church, where he found great joy singing in the choir.

Arnold was a man who found happiness in simple pleasures. He loved spending time outdoors fishing and enjoyed many rounds of golf with his close friends. He enjoyed going to many concerts with his friends and family. His warm heart, generous spirit, and unmistakable laugh left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Comer, and his beloved son, Kyle Comer.

Arnold is survived by his loving daughter, Lee Bowman; his cherished grandchildren, Kailyn & Logan Bowman, and Khloe Comer; his devoted mother, Helen Comer; his sisters, Donna (Dave)
Caples and Kathy Gray; and his former son-in-law, Keith Bowman. He also leaves behind many extended family members and countless friends who he considered part of his family and held close to his heart.
A memorial service to celebrate Arnold’s life will be held Saturday May 31st at 2pm at George Brothers Funeral Service, with Pastor Mike Barkley officiating. Inurnment will follow at Guilford Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1pm to 2pm prior to the service.

Arnold will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his faith, and his ability to bring people together with kindness and humor. He will be deeply missed.
