Mr. Arthur Ritter, Jr. 83 passed away at his residence, Sunday morning, March 29, 2020.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arthur was born May 19, 1936 in Guilford County to the late Arthur Ritter, Sr. and Madeline Newman Ritter. He was a member of Philadelphia Baptist Chapel and was retired from Cone Mills after 40 years of service.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Betty Jean Dennis and Jenna Lee Taylor.

Survivors include his wife, Diane Ritter; son Douglas A Ritter; a daughter, Ann R. Brown and husband Thomas; and 3 grandchildren, Autumn, Dakota and Isaiah Brown.
