Bonita Pinnix Nichols

Reflection of the life of Bonita Pinnix Nichols, age 59, a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend went home to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday December 30, 2020 at Moses Cone Hospital.

A celebration of life service will be 2:00pm Sunday at George Brothers Funeral Service.  Burial will follow at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery in Reidsville.  The service will be live streamed at www.georgebothersfuneral.com.

Bonita was born in Rockingham county to the late Charlie and Thelma Johnson Pinnix on March 22, 1961.

Bonita received her education at Reidsville Senior High School, Class of 1980.  After furthering her education, she became employed at Lorillard Tobacco Company as a Information Technologist, where she retired.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Jennifer Pinnix Nichols, brother Reginald Pinnix, and nephew Avery Pinnix.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Monique McQueen, grandchildren Chairann, Torionn, Nykiriyah McQueen, Ziyenn, and Kamrynn Dixon; sisters Deborah Pinnix and Sybil Evans; brothers Joey Pinnix.  Also surviving are many extended family members.

Bonita will lie in state at George Brothers Funeral Service from 3:00pm-5:00pm Saturday.  Please leave cards and condolences at this time at the funeral home.
