Mrs. Brenda “Kaye-Kaye” Oates Michael, age 72, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family.
A graveside service will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Lakeview Memorial Park.
Mrs. Michael was born, in Guilford county, to the late Fred and Dorothy “Dot” Leonard Oates.
She was free spirited and loved to ride her motorcycle and drive her pink camouflage pickup truck. She retired from Tyco Company, which was formerly AMP.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband David Carl Michael, Sr., and son, David Carl Michael, Jr.
She is survived by her daughter Angela “Sissy” Ellis and husband Johnnie of Ramseur; sister Betty Trogdon and husband, George of Greensboro; grandson David Ellis and wife, Alana; and great granddaughter Zoey Ellis.
The family will receive friends from 2:30-3 pm at the cemetery prior to the service.
