Chancy Lynn Beck

Chancy Lynn Beck, 47, of Greensboro, passed away July 1, 2024.

A memorial service will be 6:00 PM Saturday, July 20, 2024 at George Brothers Funeral Service.

Chancy was full of life. She never met a stranger and was always willing to help others in need. She had a love for riding motorcycles and her favorite color was blue. Chancy was loved by her Walmart and Cook Out family where she would always offer words of kindness and encouragement. She was simply an outstanding person that was taken tragically too soon.

Chancy is preceded in death by her father, Leon Jones; grandparents, Paul and Pearl Jones; uncles, Billy “Pete” Miller and Tony Jones; and aunt, Gearlene Freeman.

She is survived by her sons, Nathan Lance Snyder and Austin Lee Snyder; mother, Brenda Gilmore; sister, Bambi Huffman; brother, Ralph Lee Beck; nieces, Abby Reese and Brittny Harrington; nephews, Cody Reese and Stephen Huffman; grandmother, Dot Stewart; along with a great niece, great nephew, and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
