Courtney Leigh Gurkin-Kennedy

Courtney Leigh Gurkin-Kennedy, 34, of Greensboro, passed away Tuesday February 18, 2020.

A memorial gathering will be Sunday from 2:00pm-4:00pm at George Brothers Funeral Service.

Courtney was a beautiful person with an infectious personality.  Her smile and bright eyes would light up any room.  She was a strong woman with a huge heart. 

She loved her two children beyond measure. She was a proud aunt of her nieces and nephews.  The family takes comfort in knowing Courtney was greeted by her Mother, in Heaven, with open arms.

She was preceded in death by her mother Brenda Parker.

Courtney is survived by her husband Adam Kennedy;  children Taylor Lee Kennedy (11) , and Jordan Clay Kennedy (6); father Joseph Taylor Gurkin; brother David Taylor and wife Janet, and Joseph Benjamin Gurkin and wife Kristina; niece Layla Carolyn Gurkin; nephews Chase Taylor, and Joseph Scott Gurkin; best friend Candice Moore and Coco.
