Curtis Mullins, Jr. 74, of Greensboro passed from this life on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at his residence.
Funeral will be 12:00 PM Monday, December 1, 2025 at H. W. Fields Cathedral with Bishop K. J. Rogers officiating. Burial will follow at Proximity Cemetery. The repass will follow the burial back at the church.
Curtis was born in Edgecomb County, North Carolina to Curtis and Lizzie Mullins. He attended Dudley High School and retired from Cone Mills White Oak Plant after more than thirty years. Curtis attended Power House of Deliverance Garden Cathedral and H. W. Fields Cathedral. Curtis was always the life of the party that loved his family and friends.
Curtis is preceded in death by his father, Curtis Mullins, Sr. and a grandson, Shannon Parson, II.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Lizzie Bullock Mullins; companion and life partner of forty-four years, Gloria Harper of the home; children, Shannon Parson (Trudi), Bart Mullins, Natasha Miller, and Alecia Mullins; Mullins; siblings, Credell Mullins, Diane Mullins, Kenney Ray Mullins (Robin), and Debbie Mullins; grandchild, Zoe Parson; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Sunday at George Brothers Funeral Service and again thirty minutes prior to the service at the church on Monday.
