Daniel Eugene McNeal, Sr.

Mr. Daniel Eugene McNeal, Sr., 77, of Greensboro, passed away on June 11, 2025.

A memorial gathering will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 pm on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at George Brothers Funeral Service.

Daniel was born in Guilford County on January 9, 1948, to the late Allen Daniel McNeal and Mildred Durane Walters McNeal. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Linda McNeal, his second wife, Juniene McNeal, step son, Kris Vansickle and brother, Donnie McNeal. He was retired from Lorillard Tobacco Company after many years of service. He was also a United States Navy veteran.

Daniel is survived by his two sons, Daniel McNeal, Jr. (Misty) and Chris McNeal; step son, Scott Vansickle; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; brothers, Larry McNeal (Debbie) and Ronnie McNeal (Edith) and his sister, Sandra Watson.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his memory to the Wounded Warrior Project.
