Delores "Lannie" Hall Smith

Delores “Lannie” Hall Smith, 89, died Monday, July 22, 2024.

A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Monday, July 29, 2024 at George Brothers Funeral Service, with burial to follow at Westminster Gardens.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Lannie was born February 27, 1935 in Fayette County, West Virginia to the late Archie Webster and Estelle Hall.  She was a member of Brown Summit United Methodist Church and served in the United States Navy WAVES.

She was preceded in death by three husbands, Mark R. Smith, R. Foster Mann, Jr., and Orville Pat Johnson; two sisters, Colleen Yvonne Kennedy and Beverly Hall; and two brothers, Robert Ted Hall, and Archie Dale Hall.

Lannie is survived by her daughters, Patricia Jayne Ballenger (Terry) and Beverly Joy Johnson; son, David Pat Johnson (Margaret); two grandchildren, Ben Case and James Vestal; and brother, Frank Edward Hall.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Brown Summit United Methodist Church, 4426 NC Hwy 150, Browns Summit, NC 27214.
