Diane (Overman) Boit

Diane Overman Boit, passed away Thursday, June 04, 2020 at Hospice Home of Rockingham.

She was born July 27, 1946 in Alamance County.  Diane was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry and Virginia Pennell Overman, and brother, Bill Overman.   She was a loving mother and grandmother, a great cook and truly loved and accepted everyone she met. 

Diane is survived by her daughters, Lesley Thompson (Emmit), Lori Carter, and Letisha Adkins (Clint), along with their father, Edgar Bush; grandchildren, Elijah, Logan, and Laynie Carter, and their father, Damon; Slade, Ezekiel, and William Adkins; sisters and brothers, Carolyn Ivey, Patsy Ward (Lawrence), Johnny Overman (Wanda), Judy Overman (Genie), Randy Overman (Amy), and  Mark Overman (Sheila); sister-in-law, Sylvia Overman.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Rockingham County, PO Box 281, Wentworth, NC 27375.
