Edna Pauline (Wyrick) Odum

Mrs. Edna Pauline Odum, 74, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2026 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist High Point Medical Center.

Funeral service will be held Friday, April 10, 2026, at 2:00 pm at George Brothers Funeral Service with Overseer Lelia M. Womack officiating.  Burial will take place at Salisbury National Cemetery at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 where she will be interred next to her late husband, Felton Leroy Odum.

Mrs. Odum was preceded in death by her late husband; parents, Paul and Edna Nelson Wyrick; and siblings, Mary Alice Harvell, Judy Wyrick, and Paul Wyrick.

Edna was a good wife and mother who cared for her family and enjoyed cooking, going on vacations, shopping, and listening to gospel music.

She is survived by her children, Lucy Hayes (Larry), Camille Walker (Randy), Sammy Clark, Jimmy Clark, and Daniel Clark; several grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends whom she loved.

The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
