Ernest Wade Jones

Ernest Wade Jones, 67, of Greensboro, died Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Clapps Nursing Center in Pleasant Garden.

A celebration of his life will be announced at a later time.

Ernie was born in Randolph County to the late Preston and Joy Jones. He was once employed with Clark Forklift but most recently with Mid-State Forklift, Inc. in High Point for the past fifteen years.

Along with his parents, Ernie is preceded in death by his daughter, Charity.

Ernie is survived by his sons, Brian Jones of liberty and Chad Jones of Randleman; brothers, David, Doug, and Benny Jones; loving companion, Sandra Jeffers; grandchildren, Brentley, Branson, Logan, Chase, Brady, and Maddie; along with several cousins including Frances Belton.

The family wishes to thank the entire staff at Clapps Nursing Center for the wonderful care they gave Ernie these past few weeks.
